VP Care is looking for skilled, reliable and motivated workers to join our experienced and dedicated team supporting a client with an Acquired Brain Injury in Essex. We are offering an excellent pay rate of £15 per hour.
Our client requires support 5 hours a day, 5 days a week initially , then moving into a full-time position. Ideally, candidates should have previous experience of supporting clients within a community setting and working with ABI and complex behaviours. Full driving licence essential.
Typically your role would include supporting clients with:
- Encouraging the client to go out into the community
- Encouraging daily life skills.
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team including Neuro Occupational Therapist and Clinical Psychologist
- Managing complex behaviour and those risks presented.
To allow you to have as much flexibility as you wish we provide you with a zero hour’s contract. All applicants must be willing to undertake our training and complete a DBS check if you are not already on the update service.
