VP Care is looking for skilled, reliable and motivated workers to join our experienced and dedicated team supporting a client within a community setting.

Supporting a 15 year old female with Cerebal Palsy, communication and cognitive difficulties. Support is required after school 4:30pm – 7:30pm and on saturdays 10am – 2pm.

Typically your role would include supporting clients with:

Supporting the client within his own home and out in the community.
Encourage the client with planning and organising his daily routines.
Engaging the client in a productive and meaningful activities.
Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
To allow you to have as much flexibility as you wish we provide you with a zero hour’s contract. All applicants must be willing to undertake our training and complete a DBS check if you are not already on the update service.
