VP Care is looking for skilled, reliable and motivated workers to join our experienced and dedicated team supporting a client with an Acquired Brain Injury within a community setting.
Supporting a 21 year old Male with an Acquired Brain Injury for 15 hours per week over 3 days in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. Ideally, candidates will be proactive and motivating and have previous experience of supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injuries and within a community setting.
Typically your role would include supporting clients with:
- Supporting the client within his own home and out in the community.
- Encourage the client with planning and organising his daily routines.
- Engaging the client in a productive and meaningful activities.
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
To allow you to have as much flexibility as you wish we provide you with a zero hour’s contract. All applicants must be willing to undertake our training and complete a DBS check if you are not already on the update service.
