VP Care provide high quality care to clients with Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, Complex behaviours and Vulnerable clients in community settings, adopting a sensitive but proactive approach.
We are currently looking for support workers in the Hertfordshire area to work with our client who has an ABI and challenging behaviours. Your role will be supporting the client within his own home during 12 hour day shifts.
Your role will include supporting the client:
• Supporting with daily living tasks.
• Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Managing complex behaviour and those risks presented.
