Brain Injury Services

VP Care provides specialist support for people with an acquired brain injury or traumatic brain injury, adopting a sensitive but pro active approach in the management of brain injury services. With our specialist knowledge and our highly skilled brain injury team, we have achieved results with the most challenging of clients.

We provide a specialist service which considers the complex challenges facing clients and families of those who have a brain injury.

Our involvement begins working collaboratively with clients, their families, case managers and solicitors to provide a suitable care package to rehabilitate the client. We recognise the importance of our support workers who support our clients, have the right experience, skills and training to be able to offer the specialist support required.

Our aim is to support people who have an acquired brain injury or traumatic brain injury to relearn the skills they need to improve their quality of life and live independently in the community, allowing them to live a full and fulfilling life.

We can provide specialist brain injury support workers to work alongside our clinical management team to be able to offer our clients a full care management service. We provide detailed care and support plans working with other healthcare professionals in order to ensure that our clients reach their goals. We promote independent living skills and ensure the client is at the forefront of what we do.

Our packages are bespoke, including up to 24 hour rehabilitation programmes to enable the relearning of day to day living. We assist people to make informed choices, to live in their own homes and have involvement within their community.
